Brainspotting Therapy

As a Certified Brainspotting Therapist, I offer an advanced, evidence-based approach that helps clients process and heal from experiences that may feel difficult to access through traditional talk therapy alone.

Brainspotting is based on the understanding that trauma, emotional pain, and overwhelming life experiences are often stored not only in our thoughts, but also within the brain and body. By identifying specific eye positions—or "brainspots"—that correspond to these experiences, Brainspotting helps activate the brain's natural ability to process and heal at a deeper level.

Many clients find Brainspotting to be especially helpful for:

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Anxiety and panic

  • Grief and loss

  • Chronic stress

  • Relationship challenges

  • Low self-esteem

  • Emotional overwhelm

  • Performance anxiety

  • Life transitions

During a Brainspotting session, you remain in control throughout the process. My role is to provide a safe, supportive environment while guiding you as your brain and body process experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Many clients report feeling a greater sense of clarity, emotional relief, and resilience as healing unfolds.

While Brainspotting can be a powerful stand-alone treatment, I often integrate it with traditional talk therapy to create a personalized approach that supports both insight and lasting change.

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or carrying the effects of past experiences, Brainspotting may help you move beyond simply managing symptoms and toward deeper healing and emotional freedom.
